CLASSES
Coastal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu’s classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience and physical ability. We offer instruction for children ages 5 and up and a robust adult program with class times in the morning, daytime, and at night.
We have a few notes regarding our classes:
WEDNESDAY NIGHT we offer advanced techniques during our adult class in addition to fundamentals. Blue belts & up will train these advanced techniques Wednesday night.
SATURDAY adult class is intensive training. All levels are welcome with caution.
Child’s physical size may warrant program adjustment (age up or down).
