CLASSES
Coastal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu’s classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience and physical ability. We offer instruction for children ages 5 and up and a robust adult program with class times in the morning, daytime, and at night.
We have a few notes regarding our classes:
Adult advanced techniques (blue belt & up) - WEDNESDAY NIGHT
Adult intense training (all levels with caution) - SATURDAY
Child size may warrant program adjustment (age up or down)
